We are the Northwest Ohio chapter, one of seven Ohio chapters and would like to invite you to join our club.  To become members you need to have a Winnebago/Itasca product and you must belong to WIT (Winnebago Itasca Travelers).  We can give you the information if you need it.

We want you to know that there are local camping clubs to which you can join.  A lot of our members go to warmer climates for the winter. We don’t have dinners or campouts January, February or March but we resume our meetings with a dinner in April and then we get out the motor homes starting in May. 

Our members are mostly retirees, a few are still working.  We have teachers, lawyers, factory workers, office workers, store clerks, bus drivers, most any and all walks of life who just enjoy camping and getting together for weekends. 

We have our club campouts once a month. The State Wandering Ohio Winnies (WOW) campouts in May, June, and September as well as the Grand National Rally in Forest City, IA. in July.  Our club was in charge of our 2011 WOW; each of the 7 clubs take turns hosting the WOW.

We have two co-sponsors, Shafer’s RV in Delta where we have a Show & Tell weekend in August. We camp there for the weekend and tell perspective buyers how much fun RVing is. Also Town & Country RV in Clyde who in September/October, treat us to a weekend campout and food and entertainment. We have dinner (or luncheon) meetings in April, November, and December. Our Club has our anniversary Fish Fry in September.
